How to use honey for weight loss
Those who are high in fat and want to lose fat can experiment with other diets and with exercise.

In the evening, mix 20 to 5 grams of pure honey in about 200 ml of plain water (not in hot water and not even lemon) and keep it covered. In the same way put it again in the morning and drink it at night while sleeping

The branded honey available in the market is also synthetic. And so it does increase the weight of the reverse without the expected result. The method of taking honey in hot water is totally wrong as pure honey is not heated.

Putting lemon in honey water is also not allowed. Doing so not only reduces weight but also gives joint pains as a bonus. (Pure honey is available to us there. You can also get it in person.)
