Mukhyamantri Amrutam Ma Ane Ma Vatsalya Yojana
Mukhyamantri Amrutam Maa Yojana for families living below the poverty line in all districts of the state of Gujarat will be implemented from 2021.
The State Government has extended the scope of Mukhyamantri Amrutam Yojana and implemented Mukhyamantri Amrutam Vatsalya Yojana for middle class families on 15 8 2014
Cashless treatment up to a maximum of Rs. 3 lakh per family per annum.
Goal
Under the scheme, families living below the poverty line and middle class families can get good quality treatment for free from the private as well as government affiliated hospitals of their choice.
Maa Vatsalya Yojana
- Middle class families with an annual income of Rs 5 lakh or less.
- All hope sisters from rural as well as urban area.
- Accredited journalists.
- Fixed Salary Employees Appointed by Direct Recruitment to all the posts of Class-I and Class-II of the State Government.
- U Win Card Holders.
- Senior Cities to families with an annual income of Rs. 6 lakhs or less.
Maa and Maa Vatsalya cards
- Under the scheme, key and Ma Vatsalya cards are issued which include photo thumbprints of each member of the beneficiary's family.
- The Maa and Maa Vatsalya Yojana cards can be obtained from the Taluka Kiosk Civic Center under the scheme.
- It is mandatory to get the card under Maa Vatsalya Yojana for which the beneficiary family has to get a sample of income from any one of the following authorized officers with an annual family income of Rs. 4 lakhs or less which is valid for three years.

- The fixed cost of treatment received by the beneficiaries under the scheme is paid directly to the recognized hospital by the Government.
- Beneficiaries with Maa card can avail the benefit by visiting a well-equipped hospital attached to the scheme.
- Under the scheme, the beneficiaries have been paid Rs.500 as round trip fare to the hospital for treatment.
